Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk
whichever milk you prefer – dairy, nut, soy etc free You can even use coconut water, fruit juice or even yoghurt. That is how easy this is, use what you like or what you have on hand.
- 2 cups of mango chunks -> pulp from 1 medium mango
- 1 1/2 cups of baby spinach, packed full
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup of passion fruit pulp depending on how tart you like your smoothie( around 5 – 10 passion fruits)
- 2 bananas, sliced -> around 1/2 – 1 cup of sliced bananas chunks
- 1 cup of ice (optional)
Ice gives that refreshing melt in your mouth effect, if blended with the smoothies. However, this works when taken immediately, if it sits, your smoothie gets watery.
Ps: You can use frozen or fresh fruit and vegetables.
